The Krewe of HBCUs is recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt private foundation. It is an inclusive organization. We do not discriminate based on religious belief, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.

As a private organization, we have the authority to refuse membership and revoke membership if the current or prospective member does not obey the rules of the organization.
